customer service

so today I called chicken licken in festival mall kempton park and i have never dealt with such a rude cashier in my whole entire life, i called to place an order and she answers the phone like she is at her home with just a hallo, i even thought I called the wrong number /place secondly i place my order and requested her name she hung up on me , i call again and a different lady answered and i asked who took and order and they said her name is Jessica ok f/w i collect my order and the lady that picked up the 2nd time when i called said here is the lady that refused to give her name jokingly and this Jessica turns around and ask me why do i need her name and i said for collection purposes and in-case there's a problem with order and she says there is no problem so you don't need my name. rudely so in-front of her colleagues and other customers.

if this is how she speaks to customers trust me that place will have no people coming to buy there. customer service is very important.
