Customer Service

I'm okay with the rule yet I doubt you're getting my point of view. You have not presented a solution to my problem. Your response only serves your franchises' interests and neglects the customers consent.

The first point is, if the rules are clear through all your franchises then we wouldn't have this problem.

The second point is, all businesses have busy days and that's when queues are the longest. Standing in a long queue for any reason can be tedious and frustrating so the least your stores can do in those situations is put up signs. It's simple courtesy - since you could have pregnant women in the queue, for instance. Should your stores not be able to put signs, delegate staff members to communicate with the clients.

In closing, this is not about card procedures per say. This is about customer service. Chicken Licken's proactive approach regarding communicating clearly with its clients would be appreciated for that matter.

Now, will you make sure that the necessary signs are put up? Alternatively, will you make sure that regardless of signs put up, your colleagues accommodate clients more sensibly? How are you planning to improve the service you are currently providing?
