Customer complain about bad service rended

Hey hello Peter well I went to Boulders midrand chicken licken today and was helped by Nomusa Majola... I order hot meat yet when my order come it was normal meat not hot.. When I go back to tell them that I ddnt order normal meat but hot.. The manager was so rude telling me that my meat is hot but she didn't even bored to taste it and here what I'm talking about... I'm so not impressed about her behavior as a manager.. She shoukd know better and she could have handle my issue way better than she did.. Pity I couldn't get her name as they even trade without name badges... I manage to get the cashier name from my receipt.... So not impressed at all
