Customer care not taking client calls

I bought take aways at chicken licken about a week ago. I wasn't happy with the meat at all. It looked like some old school home made chicken, burnt and dry. I'm sure they're using old oil the way it looked. What a waste of my money. I've been trying to contact their customer service number since with no luck, I don't know how many messages I've left but no one has bothered to return my calls. This is horrible service and I'm sure the last time I buy from them.
