Crude And Arrogant Behavior

I went to a Chicken Licken at Mall Of Africa on Saturday the 13rh of February 2021 after shopping. I was attended to by a lady called Juliet. She asked if I wanted my meal hot or not. I ordered not hot. When I sat down to eat I discovered that my meal was hot. I immediately stood up to go and point this out but was stopped by my wife. On leaving I decided to let her know of her error. Instead she was rude, crude and arrogant. She insisted that I ordered hot meals. I then asked what her name is and she refused blatantly and said that I should ask to see the Manage instead. At the same time she asked her colleague to call the Manager. A few minutes later she went to the back. I guess this is when she must have been briefing her Manager. Eventually the Manager (Miss Dube) emerged and asked what she could help me with. I asked her if her if her subordinate had told her, her side of the story and she said yes. To cut a long story short, Juliet's body language and attitude lacked remorse. Miss Dube (the Manager was initially impartial but changed her mind after hearing my side of the story. I do not see myself ever going to that Chicken Licken in particular or any other for that matter. I will never recommend my friends and family to buy Chicken Licken either.
