Crispy burnt hot wings like rusks

Went to chicken licken in vereeniging branch bought feed my Cravings only to find out when I get home they were left in oil they are burnt and crispy I can't even take a bite they are so hard like rusks. I'm very much disappointed as I'm a regular customer cause this was just a waste of my money nxx
