Cooldrink not packed

Bought chicken at the Viking branch, at about 18:34:03, shift 2, order 1249, on the 29 June 2019, firstly they didnt pack my cooldrink which I paid for so what happens to all the cooldrinks that they forget to pack for customers, secondly they just gave me hole lot of that rib pieces, it's like we asking for chicken yet we pay for food in this economic state
