Complaints

A very bad service my friends and I received at Chicken Licken in Vosloorus in Goldspot. Their staff members where not friendly at all. One of my friends asked for water as she was really thirsty while we waited for an hour for our 21 piece which they never explained that it can take long they told us they are making small orders 1st bt after we had asked them about our order. One of my friends asked for a glass of water as she was thirsty ooooh we where such a joke in the store as Gugu who was serving us was asking all the staff members dt who on earth doesn't know tht Chicken licken doesn't offer water nje at all and Thokozile also said dt wuuu these woman like attention we then requested for a manager Maleshoane who was the worst person on ever to talk to because she didn't show tht she's a manager she can make a discretion she told us to move away from the counter and they will bring our order to the car why is it tht we come inside the store while we make the order through a the drive through, we requested 21 piece which was not hot and only to realized on our way home tht its hot.
