Dear Chicken Licken Team,

I'm writing to express my disappointment and concern about an incident that happened at your Montclair branch today December 27. My child was refused a glass of water and told to bring her own container to get water from the toilets after paying a bill of R240.

As a paying customer, I expect better service and respect. It's unacceptable that staff denied my child a basic courtesy like a glass of water. The reason given by the store manager - that staff are locked inside and can't interact with customers - doesn't justify poor customer service.

I hope you'll address this issue with your staff and review your customer service policies. I'd appreciate a response regarding the actions you'll take to ensure this doesn't happen again.
