Complaint

I went to chicken licken in Tembisa next to Sangweni taxi rank, I had my cellphone and bank card, I bought party pack using bank card I put my cellphone on the count while was putting the card on the EFT machine, I did everything got the slip I don't what disturbed me I went to the car when I got in the I realized that I left my cellphone there when I go inside I did not find the cellphone I asked the cashier he sad he did not see it he even sad said he saw me when I was coming I had the card only I asked him of all people you saw me coming in he sad yes I started to be suspicious, so my man said go inside and ask for a footage the same cashier said our cameras are not working even the manager told me the same thing. My question is how come an old chicken licken doesn't fix their cameras and we buy there everyday I want chicken licken to be responsible for my celephone because if their cameras were on we could have caught the person who stole my celephone and its not even 2 months I am still paying for it.
