Coleslaw salad that is not fresh

Went to chicken licken at Kempton Park next to monument road first time we discover that their coleslaw wasn’t good at all it tested spoil them we went to Boksburg one the coleslaw there was fresh unlike Kempton Park one then yesterday 2018-09-27 we went back to chicken licken Order the very same meal we like (hotwings meal with coleslaw salad. Still it was not fresh today I went and I did tell the ladies there who was helping but still the coleslaw was not fresh can chicken licken make a plan it is ruining our meal
