cold hard chips and chicken thats fried dead

<p>purchased 3 meals for lunch time. my colleagues and myself each had the 3 piece chicken and chips. the chips were all dry, hard and cold. my meals chicken was over fried, therefore it was dry and hard. my other colleagues chicken was hairy and very fatty. as if the chicken wasnt cleaned properly. this is my first time buying chicken licken and im really disappointed. </p>
