Cold food and non customer oriented employees.

I am made an order at Chicken licken Cosmo City and the Mr D driver collected the food at 13:49 and the food got delivered to my door step at 14:00.

Called chicken licken Cosmo city and spoke to the manager but she told me that there’s nothing she can do if the food is cold.
