COLD AND STALE FOOD

<p>I visited Chicken Licken in Booysens Road yesterday. I ordered Rock My Soul 6, Chilli Sauce, 4 Sliders and 2 cans of Coke - Order number 2005. I received extremely cold and stale chicken, with 5 of the pieces being the white parts of the breasts. I changed the chicken and my son started eating when I realised that the chips where also stale and cold, the sliders (buns) where a bit hard. </p> <p> </p> <p>My son had already consumed 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sliders as he was very hungry. Upon complaing, I was told that I will only be refunded R50.00 from an order of around R142 as my son has eaten parts of the meal and we had already opened the cans. When I asked for my slip back, I was told that it is going to be used to balance refunds. What business keeps customers' slips? Doesnt the till make copies?</p> <p> </p> <p>I know Chicken Licken in Booysens to be selling the most fresh chicken ever, I was extremely disappointed by the experience.</p>
