Chickenicken menu /rules

We just tried to buy a rock my soul 3 with chips for R57 only to be told that hot is not available so we opted for the mild one at the same price . When the order came out it did not have chips nor the hot sauce and we where told that we need to add R11 for the chips and sauce which didn't make sense at all . What does the flavor have to do with the order coming out with the chips ? This really has to be reviewed.
