Chicken with feathers + long wait

<p>Good day. I visited your outlet on Saturday for family lunch(Meadowdale, Jhb). Firstly, my order was given to another customer who waiting in the drive-by.(lucky him, cos he scored). Then it was a waiting game for our order. Secondly(and more importantly), out meals still had feathers in it. This was a total put off, we had to discard the meal & order Nando's instead. This was a total waste of money & put off by buying from you guys again!!<br />RK Moonsamy</p>
