chicken was raw

On 1/7/2015 I bought a soul load up meal, while eating the chicken patty was very raw and I immediately gagged half the burger in the loo, I called chiken liken immediately and spoke to alida the manager, she apologised and mentioned that they have a problem with defrosting their food for the past 2 days and I then asked her to refund me back as eating raw chiken could cause me my health, I am very disappointed with the service as they were well aware about the defrost problem.
