Chicken was not cleaned

So I ordered hotwings and we waited forver firstly.. Then when I finally got my wings I ate and when I got to the bottom of the box I found wings with the feathers of the chicken on there still... The doctor diagnosed me with gastritis and food poisoning. I’m still ill at the moment and further action will be taken.
