Chicken thats supposed to be juicy is dried and burned hard

I brought 2 family full 8 piece and a 6 piece Original meals , it was terrible . Horrible to say the least , it was so hard burnt , you could only eat the inside of the chicken . I buy there alot , to get such untastefull burnt food is not cool , was so dry . Rather not again Thanx but no Thanx
