Chicken Pieces

As I went to Chicken Licken today and asked that my chicken be made thighs and drumsticks and was told that they do not do that , that head office does not allow it and just the other day they had given my mother the same order with the same preference, because know one at home eats a side breast. Are we not supposed to but chicken from that place anymore?, because so called head office says no. For what kind of people do these things be made for? I'm very unhappy about this matter and their service there has never been approved.
