Chicken Linken bad service

Dear HelloPeter One Friday I bought three boxes of my graving at chicken liken quagga centre in Pretoria West, when I arrive at home one of the boxes they packed 7 instead of 10 hot wings. I immediately called them. I was told that I can pop in the shop at any given time to collect the three wings and when i argued that i cant drive back for three wings the manager told me that if there was a mistake on their orders they don't replace the meal because if they have to replace a meal that means he has to fire the person who did the mistake. During our conversation he even mensioned that according to his cameras, my order was correctly packed but when I asked to view the cameras he said it's not allowed fir customers to view their cameras. Not once but few times i have experienced a bad if not a disgusting service at Chicken Linken, but this time it was the worst of them all. I logged a complain with chicken licken but i never received any response. That tells me that they get away with treating their customers badly.
