Chicken Liken worst food ever

Bought a meal at Chicken licken on Sparks road. Food was cold. Chips was so cold like it was fried hours ago. Chicken was cold and batter was hard. I had to dump the food and buy food from another outlet. I Complained to chicken liken on their web page but clearly they do not care cause its been a week and they have not even rep****. Horrible service............
