Chicken liken Campus square

Chicken liken Campus Square, just today they decide to proceed with a purchase knowing they just started cooking and didnt bother to tell customers so we can decide if we want to wait or not. When you ask why you were not informed they totally ignore you, until you decide to cause a scene, there is not even an apology of being unprofessional. We wait for the 6minutes we were told to wait, the guy who is cooking at the back starts wiping the stove and checking his phone thats ringing not caring to inform again that it will take longer than expected. Its very dissapointing to find such customer service, the experience they give you and not even care how you feel, the behaviour in that chicken liken clearly sent a message that they do not care, maybe its because they do not own the store and either way they will get paid whether we are happy or not.
