Chicken Licken Westgate the worst service ever

This outlet has 2 tills , and long queues, this happens on weekends especially Friday evenings, why would they not open the second till . It would seem like they enjoy seeing a long the queue. When you buy original chicken you still wait longer. Waiting over 30 minutes for a chicken.What a pathetic service.
