Chicken licken West Street Worst

I visited this chicken licken 488 Dr Pixley Kaseme St, Durban Central, Durban, 4001 today (22/07/20181) at 21:40 and the doors were opened. When i got inside to place my order the manager told me they cant serve me, they have closed. I enquired why, since it wasnt 22h00pm yet. The manager was very rude, and also refused to give me his name. I often go to that Chicken licken, i have never experienced such poor customer service. I am very disappointed. I would appreciate feedback regarding this matter.
