They got my order very wrong the day before, called the shop and spoke to the manager Shadrack who apologised and asked me to please come into the store for them to rectify the issue, with no pushback or excuses (which I wasn't expecting, thought I would need to argue and fight first).

The next day I went to get my order as discussed with the previous manger and when I got there, the manager on duty Thuli/Thandeka, (can't remember her name now) had no idea what I was talking about, which was annoying and I was expecting pushback again. After explaining what happened and who I spoke to she also apologised for the mistake and followed through with the promise made by Shadrack which was reimbursing me with the full meal I had order the day before.

So Thank you guys and I hope y'all continue the good work of acknowledging when mistakes are made and ensure that the situation is remedied.
