Chicken Licken Sucks

I called and placed my phone order for a pick up at Chicken Licken Adderly Street this afternoon. When I arrived 20 minute later to pick up my order I was told that they forgot to place my order which means it defeated the whole purpose of the call. Then they called the next customer while I stood there as other customers kept on buying and leaving.

I asked for the manager and when she eventually showed 10-15 minutes later she showed no care of the dilemma that they put me through nor was she apologetic. When I asked why my phone order was not ready was simply told that they forgot about it. Questioned the staff several times and was told to wait 6 minutes for the wings to come out.

I was in there for about 30 - 35 minutes before I walked out with my order. The staff have no regard for customers nor does management.
