Chicken Licken *****ing fro customers

I have recently sent Chicken Licken a complaint about the 10 cents change that it's staff is *****ing from us customers in their Zeerust stores. I then received a call from a lady called Rossi who asked me to call her when this thing happens again. I did go their store opposite Shoprite (in Zeerust) and the usual happened. Their cashier did not give me my 10 cents change until I asked for it. When I asked him why he did that he told me sometimes customers don't ask for their 10 cent change.

So when this happened I called Rossi as agreed and she was in the store in few minutes. She then called a store manager who was very rude and not helpful at all. He never spoke to a staff member and told me change and told me it is happening because sometimes they don't get 10 cent coins from the bank. It is unacceptable because this is something that even the store manager is aware of. They're *****ing from us because many customers are ashamed to demand their 10 cent change. I am planning to take this up with consumer bodies if I don't get any satisfying response.
