Chicken Licken Springfield - Don't go there

Chicken Licken Springfield - This is the worst chicken licken restaurant. I have always been a ***** of this franchise but after visiting this store I don't think I'd want to support them anymore. My experience was absolutely horrible, from the food to the pathetic customer service. My family and I went there for supper as we were in the area and ordered for a sit down meal. Upon receiving our food, there was no trays/plates so I asked the manager if they can give us plates, which she says she doesn't have to give. I then asked for the boxes they used for packing and she says they can't give that out, so I go on to tell her I will even pay for it cause there isn't anything we can put the chicken on and eat. She completely refused and so I had to leave the food to go buy a pack of plates and cups from the garage. Apart from the poor service, the chicken was oily and not cooked thoroughly. Well done to this branch for ruining the reputation of this Franchise.
