Chicken Licken Southgate

As I went to buy from Chicken licken which is in southgate the cashier told me I couldnt buy as I had a 9 month old baby with me, I then explained that Im alone and the baby was sleeping hence I took him out of the trolley to carry him. They then refused to sell to me, I then asked the lady next to me for assistance, then when I had to collect my order they allowed me still carrying the baby, my question is why was I even allowed to collect my order if they refused to sell to me in the first place, even a day before lockdown the service was bad we understood as it was busy, but the meat was salty and was undercooked. So we as customers must understand when bad service is given to us but they cant make acceptions based on the individuals needs. Last time ever buying from Chicken licken southgate
