chicken licken service and food getting worse

<p>i went to buy myself lunch today at the BP Glynwood chicken licken. i am now used to thier uninterested cashiers and the bad attitude the stuff has towards customers but today they took it to a whole new level for me. firstly i stood in line on the drive thru for almost 20 minutes before i was severed. the cashier did not greet or welcome me, invite me to place my order or any of those basic things you would expect from a service place but what made the whole experience worse than normal was the fact that the food was dry, old and stale. it was like eating wood. i had to discarde the food and go buy KfC. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now i know the store managers dont really care enough to do something about this as i have been proven in the past. all i ask now is that someone in power at chicken licken sees this and takes real action. that is if they care about the botom line and customers at all</p>
