Chicken licken Sam ntuli mall stuff is abusive and poor service

The stuff at chicken licken Sam ntuli Mall is abusive !! The manger Bridget is very rude and while kumbirai was very considerate and apologising for the whole delay. Was made to wait for over an hour in a drive through just to get my order. When I asked why is it taking so long they never gave a clear answer - plz note it was in the afternoon nd the line was not long at all and I would have turned back if I saw the long line inside even at drive through- this is not for the first time getting such service as a regular customer from katlehong.
