Chicken Licken Sam Ntuli

I've went to this chicken licken 3 times and every time I go there I get such horrible service. The drive through attendant is pushy and always rushes you to place your order when their menu is bent (Can't see options clearly) and literally has 5 things to choose from. When you say you're still looking at the menu, he says then go inside cause you're waisting my time.

After I placed my order, he told the staff at collections to delay my order. When I got to the collections window, I was told that my order of 10 wings will take 5 minutes and to park the car, he will bring my order. I waited at the parking lot, but cars that followed me were getting their orders. I got out of my car and went inside and found the lady at the collections window giving people their orders whilst mine sat in a plastic getting cold.

When I asked the lady why she did that as I am going to work and they're making me late, she just took my receipt, ripped it and gave me my food with attitude, no apology, no friendliness, no acknowledgement.

I was not happy that I got cold food. Very poor service.
