CHICKEN LICKEN ROSEBANK MALL - PENDING REFUND!!!!!

I ordered via uber eats on the 14th May 2020 , the order took longer to be prepared and the driver had to many deliveries and decided to cancel mine claiming that he couldn't reach me on the line. Why would I order and pay then decide to be unreachable?????really doesnt make sense!!! I'm still waiting for my refund!!!!
