Chicken licken Rivonia Road bad service!!

I placed an order using Uber Eats under the order number #211.

The branch where this order was placed is Chicken Licken Rivonia Road and their address is 141 Commissioner St Sandton 2090. The contact number is *** and that is where I instantaneously informed the branch manager, Miss Nombeko Dlongwana about the latency of my order.

Subsequent to my communication, the Uber driver left my order on the side of the road despite all the efforts to guide the driver to find my location. Pursuant to this delivery, the Uber driver did not come to the correct address and instead left my order on the side walk.

Yet again, I communicated with the branch to inform them of this inhuman treatment. The phone was dropped on me by the aforementioned manager who also informed me that she and her co- manager Miss Matilda Zulu are in agreement and conquer about this decision not to help me.

I followed up on the hierarchy of the branch and was led to believe that the reginal manager is Miss Mmabatho Mohale but no further information was shared on their complaints process and the escalation that I can follow.

I feel that this deserves compensation and I am highly disappointed at their resolve.
