Chicken Licken Rivonia Needs Urgent Training!!!

I’m extremely irritated by the constant lack of attention to detail and bad service from chicken licken Rivonia! Not long ago I ordered a soul sister party 5 and I get home and realize I was given a soul sister party 4 instead but they charged me for the 5!!! I called and all I got was a “sorry Mam”.. today again same experience, this time I ordered a regular atchaar with my meal and I get home.. there’s no atchaar!!! These cashiers need to up their game, I do have the cashier’s name but I’d rather not mention their name on this platform. To say the least.. I am highly disappointed!!! CHICKEN LICKEN RIVONIA WAKE UP!!!
