CHICKEN LICKEN RIVONIA IS USELESS

So I ordered a deluxe meal from Chicken Licken Rivonia via Uber eats. The burger that was delivered was so shady , had no lettuce , d****d in that yellow sauce, stale bun and no chips. So we called Chicken Licken Nombeko Zinongwana " the manager" told me that there's absolutely nothing she can do about this and its none of her concern that my meal was not complete and looked the way it looked. I am so dissapointed and will never bother to order from there ever again, your management is ****.
