Chicken Licken Raw Chicken

Terrible experience purchased chicken licken for lunch,from Durban north chicken licken the chicken is raw once opening packaging to eat, I contact customer care with picture and my till slip and they me to take the chicken back to the store. So I must inconvenience myself further after not even having lunch and drive back. Then I speak to a lady by the name of Jackie from customer care who is of no assistance. The problem is the brand is alienating itself from this issue and directly back to the store.Absolutely Ridiculous.
