Chicken licken Randburg

Good day

I'm so appalled at the level of service we recieved from chicken licken Randburg. We bought wings this morning and they were rotten, we returned and they gave us fresh ones but they still smell off and taste terrible. Is this the new standard that chicken licken has? I walked to return the first time around, am I supposed to walk again to get a refund? Chicken licken doesn't care about their customers,how can you sell rotten food to your customers.
