Chicken Licken Qwaqwa in setsing

Good evening, I have a complaint about the service at Chicken Licken at Qwaqwa 2 setsing, which I've attached the slip

The time before I bought meat and when I got home the meat had blood inside as I was eating it

This time I told the cashier Elizabeth of shift 1 on date 22 April2023 that the meat should be well done and she agreed to tell her colleagues

Then when I got the meat I found out that this time the meat had runny fluid inside and it was uncooked and raw and I asked the for the manager which I was told that her name is Nomsa Nhlapo

Nomsa told me that she won't help me because I had checked two pieces of meat if they were right or not, my kids are sitting on hungry stomachs because of them, and they are gonna sleep on empty stomachs

This is disrespect, humiliation and ************** at the same time

This Menager was ever rude and disrespectful, that woman is not in anyway in a position to serve any customer
