Chicken Licken poor service

I went to Chicken Licken Wonderpark this Sunday evening. My order took almost 40 minutes to prepare. When I got home, the chicken wasn't even fresh. I got poor services from Chicken Licken Wonderpark. Strangely, I never get this kind of service from Chicken Licken Pretoria North. It was the last time I visited that shop!
