Chicken Licken Olievenhoutbosch

I have had the most infuriating service with Chicken Licken Olievenhoutbosch today. I called them at 10:31 AM place an order for collection and they welcomed my request. I get there at 11:00 only for them to not have prepared my order and worse my slip report future times. I'm writing this review now and my purchase was made at 11:59? The level of professionalism in that place is utterly shocking and disturbing because they argue with each other in front of customers, I don't even want to talk about their telephone etiquette. I have never been soo traumatized by people who are supposed to be dealing with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. That branch needs proper training on customer service from scratch because I am never going there again and hope they don't end up loosing more customers to a closing point.
