Chicken Licken not serious abt customer experience

I am a fan of the Chicken Licken brand and their products.<br> <br> I was however disturbed when I noticed that the chicken licken in Polokwane at Library Gardens does not properly clean and thaw their chicken after a number of times I noticed that the chicken still had fine feathers on it. <br> <br> I went to the chicken licken at the PLK taxi rank and found that this was not an issue.<br> <br> <br> Last week Sunday after driving from Jorburg I stopped at the Chicken Licken at Library Gardens because I was desperate.<br> It was while I was placing my order that I heard someone being slapped and shoved and hit against the wall.<br> There was a fight between two customers . <br> The one lady complained that the other lady was given preferential treatment since she used to work there.<br> I was dumbfounded at the reaction of your staff. <br> Some just stood there while others continued to talk about the 'coloured' lady in their native language.<br> This is a new low for the company and I assure you that if this is the level of service and quality of food you serve then rather keep it please. <br>
