Chicken Licken no water policy.

Was at one of chicken licken stores at the Bara Centre today after buying i asked for water and was told they don't give water, this is regardless of me having to take medication. Spoke to the owner by the name of pinky and she insisted that it's their policy. The gave me a number I can call to complain which goes unanswered after numerous attempts. They opted to give me back my R80 than give me a glass of water. Beyond crazy.
