Chicken Licken- No customer care

<p>I like to lodge a complaint about Richards bay chicken licken. the trading hours says that the store closes at 18:00pm. we live in meerensee, we reached the store at 17:38pm, and your people were closing the doors, we really wanted to eat chiken licken, and we are disappointed that they did not even try to assist to give us food, we eventually bought food at KFC, is this the way Chicken licken richards bay treats customers</p> <p> </p>
