Chicken Licken New Quay road Alberton staff ill treat customers

On 25/03/2023 around 19:40 went to Chicken Licken New Quay road Alberton. Was shocked as the awful customer service we received from the staff. Was shocked at the rudeness and attitude that was displayed towards customers, it is understandable that mistakes do happen and I would like to think that for people who work with customers they are somehow equipped with customer service skills as to how to deal with mistakes that happen re-customer oders, tried engaging the Manager of the store who then told me that as a customer I was at fault because did not give my car registration a the collection window. That was the first because as a customer who have been using Chicken Licken drive through for so many years I have never been asked to give my car registration for an order. The Lack of accountability from the manager also left me in dismay. Still very much shocked but more disappointed especially from a fast food giant such as Chicken Licken.
