Chicken licken MOTS

I ordered a soul sister deluxe from chicken licken and maxed the colddrink. I paid and they called my order only to find its wrong . Some how the woman behind the counter thought I said hot wings. How does that even sound alike. Naturally I say it's wrong. And she gives me this uninterested bored look and tells me she confirmed it with me by pointing at the menu. That's not any kind of confirmation. She then stands and gives me attitude like it's my fault she doesn't listen. Annoyed she turns around and sighs to the staff in the kitchen to change the order. I told her to leave it rather. Cos clearly I'm wrong. Too much effort required to do her job cos she was actually laying on the counter and taking my order. I mean the shop isn't even busy but the little business that's coming in, this is how it gets treated. I love this shop but today, I'm so annoyed
