Chicken Licken misplacing orders

I recently visited Chicken Licken Beyers Naude, when I collected my order they forgot to add one of the meals I had ordered. I called the outlet to fix this, I was then promised by Sharon that it will be delivered after 3 hours still no meal was delivered, I finally resorted to getting someone to collect. what gets to me is the lie to say they sent it via uder wherelese they did not cause when I ask for the drivers number they could not provide it.
