chicken licken Midway, Midrand

I have had three terrible experiences at this "fast food" outlet. As I write this review we have been waiting for an hour for our orders. They take your order, make you pay and make you WAIT I mean WAIT. When I asked what was the hold up I was told the wings are being made now. I asked but why did you not advise the wings are not ready made. The cashier rudely answered what do you want from us. You complain when the food is cold and now you are complaining when it's fresh. I am defeated by this response and was that even my question? Why could they not just have told us the wings are not ready are you willing to wait. This has happened before and it seems to be an ongoing thing at Midway chicken licken. Fast food my foot
