Chicken licken menlyn service

I am so disgusted by the way the manager handled my complaint in menlyn, my colleagues and I always have chicken licken Friday’s where we buy 7 feed my cravings and mini loafs, as of today we shall never ever buy from chicken licken again

I called for an order and asked for delivery and they said no delivery, I then said I’ll collect, 30 minutes later they tell me that I must wait 7 minutes....so. My 1st question wAs, why did you not mention that you don’t have wings when I called, cause I have to be in store I can’t wait

I asked if they could please deliver? The manager was called and she told me that she’s got nothing to do with deliveries and left me there with my mouth wide open

When I called her again to explain that I left 1 person in my store so I have to run hence me asking for the delivery she totally ignored me, went to the back and packed her meat, with no explanation whatsoever

I’m very concerned about the people you employ if they can’t do something so small like apologizing and coming up with a amicable solution
